Core values
This idea originates from the business community, whereas the initiative for its realization is on the University of Sheffield, CITY College – the International Faculty of the University of Sheffield and the Macedonian Chambers of Commerce, supported by the Macedonian Ministry of Education by providing scholarships.
Main purpose
The main purpose for which the Managers Academy was established is mediation in education of managers and other prospective employees in the Republic of Macedonia. This institution aims to raise the level of knowledge and skills, promoting professional staff and helping the business community that requires profiled, trained and educated managers and professionals of different profiles, all to an end of better business.
Mission Statement
To create a strong community of managers in Macedonia, effectively support the development of their knowledge and skills base and advance their professional status.
Vision Statement
To become the leading vocational community and training center in the Balkan region that will raise the level of competence and qualification of management through the development and dissemination of management thinking tools, techniques and practices.
